Tablet freezes

I purchased this galaxy tab pro 12.2 when it first came out. 1000$ was alot but the specs on it blew me away. Ever since i opened the box it had very bad freezing issues. I never was able to find out why and i waited too long to send it back it for a new one. After years of messing with the tablet, ive decided to see if anyone else can help illuminate what the problem might be. The tablet freezes what seems to be randomly and restarts... Many times. Ive tried doing a factory reset, but the symptoms are still present. I have noticed that it does freeze almost every time i try to connect to wifi. If anyone has any idea please... Ill try anything.

It may have something to do with the battery terminals. Look at some of the previous posts on this forum concerning screen flickering or battery problems. There is a very knowledgeable person that frequents this forum named Beut. You could try emailing him.
