Tapatalk - Subscription to Forum; turn off new thread announcement emails

Can anyone tell me how to disable the announcement emails for new forum threads in a subscribed forum (i.e.: Nexus 6P)? I starred (subscribed? Followed?) the Nexus 6P forum using Tapatalk. Ever since, I've been receiving emails every time someone creates a new thread, which is obviously really annoying.

I don't see where I can turn it off in Tapatalk (for Android or iOS), nor do I see where to turn this off at forums.androidcentral.com.

Sorry for your troubles. In the notification email at the bottom, there is a link to un subscribe from that specific notification.
