Taskbar, really samsung

Not on my phone. In app drawer if I swipe up it goes to home, if I swipe down it goes to finder. When in finder I have to wipe up twice to get back to app page then swipe up to gonto home. Very annoying when it's something I don't use.

Hmm, that's just weird - why would ours act differently and I don't think there is a setting to change that? When I'm in the app drawer, I get back to home if I swipe up or down. It doesn't show me the Finder unless I actually tap on the search bar. Yeah, I would find that annoying too.

Do you have the fold 4?

Same for me. Either direction, up or down, goes to home.

Finder is in the app drawer when you tap the search bar

The only way I know if finder to show up when swiping up is if you turned off app drawer Screenshot_20220904_192155_Finder.jpg

Yes I have a fold 4. I have been looking for any setting and can't find one. I thought. Maybe in gestures or lab settings, but nothing.

It sounds like you have the option in the homeup module set to activate finder by swiping down anywhere on the home screen and app screen. Go to settings home screen and toggle on swipe down for notification panel and that should reset that.

It was already set to swipe down for notifications. I turned it off and on, I still get finder swiping down in the app screen. If I go into goodlock to home up, turn that off then I can swipe up or down in the app drawer and go back to the home page, no finder.

I want the loop option that's in home up so I really don't want to turn that off. I'm still looking.

Check Good Lock once more it's not default for that action with finder

I have the fold 3 so I don't know all the functionality of the taskbar on the fold 4. I did find the "show task stack" option in Good Lock and it shows while using Nova.

Is there more to the taskbar than showing the resent apps that are running in the background? I just found this and really like how it improves the multitasking along with the customization of Nova.

the way you're doing it the task bar stays on all the time. The stock tasker only comes on when you go into apps and stuff. It's gone while on home page. You also have to use the buttons for navigation, yours won't work using gestures. So, in a way if you like it on all the time and like using the buttons for navigation you can do it with Nova.

The stock tasker mimics the bottom row of your bike page and gives you your last 2 recents.

Does the way you're doing it let you drag and drop to do multi window multi tasking? Does it give you a box to check to open up apps and select from all your apps? Those might be some other differences

On the fold 3 you can pin apps task bar left or right that's always been thereScreenshot_20220905-230031_One%20UI%20Home.jpgScreenshot_20220905-230051.jpg

Think you're losing that next update. Tab S8+ lost it last update and got the tasker fold 4 has. My brother wasn't very happy about that, he liked pinning it on the side.
As long as I get the Fold 4 task bar I'm alright with it but they should of left this option also .
