Terrible battery life?

Hi i jist bought my samsung s6 edge done the usual thing lef the battery die recharge to 100% however i am about 30mins in on my battery and i am on 84%? After about 10mins i was down to 90... also i keep seeing a message connected to wifi so not sure if i am getting some sort of wifi drops ? I have updated everything to the latesg version does anyone else have this issue ?

Any advice would be helpful after i fully charged it to 100% it told me i would get estimate of 9 hours battery life if thats true that sucks my iphone 6plus lasted from 7am to at least midnight... this would last me until 6 maximum ?

A screenshot of your battery usage would be useful.

Edit: is that the Samsung monitor? Which carrier are you on? My guess would be to click on Battery Usage and post that screen shot. There should be a graph and underneath it should show what % of battery certain apps are using.

Seriously Dude?? There are at least five pages and read threads talking about battery life on the edge. All you have to do is a couple of quick fixes. I have officially gotten two days on one charge, not just wirelessly charging I mean never plugging it in. Do a search or start scrolling because it's on the first or second page about battery life.

Yesterday from 100% to 1% the phone last over 25 hours with around 5 hours SOT. this was in normal mode with the nightclock on while other went to bed. I'm not a heavy user but I think that's pretty decent. I reckon I could easily have gotten 6 hours SOT.

I did notice that the first 5-10 percent drains pretty quick but mine settled down after that.

Today I charged it to 100% and then put the phone on power saving mode and the first 5-10% battery drain took about 3-4 hours which is an good improvement.
