I wonder if Verizon models are going with Exynos chip instead of Snap DragonI'm a long time Verizon customer and I just know that because I have my heart set on that green S22 ultra they aren't going to offer it.![]()
I wonder if Verizon models are going with Exynos chip instead of Snap Dragon
Would definitely be snapdragon at Verizon.
Did you see this article?
https://www.sammobile.com/news/verizon-wants-exynos-version-of-the-galaxy-s22-but-do-you/
Yeah definitely, especially Verizon pushing for this .That's interesting. I have Verizon, and I'll probably be looking to upgrade to the S22. I'll have to wait and see which version is better to see if I get Snapdragon unlocked or Exynos from Verizon.
I sure hope all those colors come to all regions. That red and green looks fantastic.
Serious question: I've been using my Note 10 for a while now and I can't seem to find any real-life use for the S pen. What do you all use it for?
Yeah definitely, especially Verizon pushing for this .
Yeah definitely go unlocked with Snap dragon if that's the case but we see soon .If that happens:
1. Might not be a bad thing if the Exynos 2200 is incorporated with AMD’s RDNA 2 graphics architecture.
2. Personally still want a Snapdragon; so if I go with this phone I'll purchase an unlocked from Samsung and still run off Verizon towers on an MVNO. And maybe get any of the four colors offered. (White for now.)
I personally will stay with Snapdragon and the X65 modem that will most likely be on the new Snapdragon chip.
Also, this article is from Sept.; heck they still refer to the Snapdragon as the 898 and Qualcomm has dropped that designation a month or so ago to 8 Gen 1.
Should know next month for sure.
