Re: Who is keeping the G3? or Selling to aquire the Note 4?

I said that at every flagship Samsung has released especially the S series but being an addict I bought the S3, S4 and S5, which finally won me over.

At 5.7", as much as I love the Note series it has finally pushed its limits. I sold my Note 3 because of it.

If I do end up buying the Note 4 I think I have to check myself in. LOL

The S3 was my first ever Samsung device and will probably be my last... I did love it at first but touchwhiz got annoying and I started to hate the home button and then the phone randomly died on me 2weeks ago.

I still think they make good devices but I'm not going back, I like to be adventurous.

Sticking with my G3. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus was the worst phone I've ever owned and after years of owning Samsung tablets, TVs and home theatre systems I'm just sick of the brand.

Re: Laser Autofocus

I love it too. This is my husband's birthday cake. The only light is from the candles. No flash.

Samsung HDTVs are nice but Sammy HT systems?!?!? C'mon, you should know better than that! Any budding HT enthusiast knows to stay away from the HTIB's if you want superior sound (even on a budget).

Glad your all enjoying your G3

Just in a positive frame of mind and now that all the niggles have been posted and some cured.

Its apparent that you like myself are enjoying the features & build and everything else that the G3 offers :-)

9/10 and a job well done Lg :-)

Re: Glad your all enjoying your G3

If you love the phone and it does what you want it to do,who cares what anyone else thinks? Its all subjective at the end of the day.

Don't want to change the subject of the thread but 6h screen-on time, various brightness settings, none below 30%, with battery down from 100% to 16%, is good for a 1440p 5.5" device...one of the many reasons for the smiles.

I have not quite achieved this feat with the G3.

I usually get between 4 1/2 to 5hrs screen on time. Which is not bad.

But this shows that the 1440p screen is not as bad of a battery hog as some are lead to believe.

That's going to be my target to see if I can trump your latest screen on time lol

Re: Who is keeping the G3? or Selling to aquire the Note 4?

May I ask why? I'm asking because I'm not sure about my Galaxy S5. Why do you dislike Samsung? Thanks.

Re: Glad your all enjoying your G3

It was only light use, texting, a few photos, bit of browsing...oh and a few Youtube clips. Very impressive though.

Re: Glad your all enjoying your G3

(Sorry, it gets worse...have been using screen 28min since charging to 100% and she's still showing 100%. Brightness 29%.)

You should only have your own perspective and if your enjoying the S5 and there are no issues then you need not worry.

Some like myself have had many Samsung devices and just wanted a change. With me I just got fed up with the design language and touchwiz. I have had the S3, S4, Galaxy Mega, Note 2 and Note 3. So as much as I liked them and the latter being the best of the bunch.

I just feel that Samsung's devices were becoming annoying in the sense of to many features that for me were not needed nor useful.
