The MOST weird error: err_proxy_connection_failed

I'm using galaxy s5 with cm11.
The problem of my phone is really weird!
This problem only happens on using mobile network. (no problem on using wifi)
I can use google map, kakao talk(messenger), Hearth Stone(game), etc without problem.
But I'm not connected when I use internet browsers(basic one and chrome), gmail, facebook, play store, youtube and so on.
If I go to gumtree app (like craiglist in US), I can load people's posts, but not advertisements.
On the browsers, I see the error message:

The Web page not available
The Web page at
****
could not be loaded as:

net::ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED

Anyone notice the problem and solution?
