I'm saying that Samsung has had pretty bad press, not to mention they openly admitted they attempted to copy the look and feel of the iPhone with the original Galaxy S and TouchWiz. Honestly, if I were Google, I'd jump that sinking ship fast.

Samsung is surely not sinking. If they lose the case, it'll be a different situation. But LG and HTC are in way more trouble as a business.

Again, it's not about the sales, it's about the fact that Samsung is having a PR nightmare with this case. Win or lose, they're not looking too good in the public eye.

Fall starts in September and bunch iPhone announcements are hitting that month. I am hopping we will hear some news about the nexus or nexii to follow all of apple's news.

I can almost guarantee that after this Apple lawsuit fiasco, Google is going to want to stay far away from Samsung.

samsung is getting sued for their looks and touchwiz. Stock android takes all that out of samsung's hand. Google isnt going to distance themselves from the only real manufacturer making $$ and pretty much are the face of android right now.

I'm waiting for next nexus phone. Not a big fan of touch wiz or the design of s3. I hope the next nexus still keeps all touch buttons as part of design.

It's very sad how true that statement is right now. They seem to be the only ones that can get a mass number excited about a phone despite generally mediocre products. *sign* there's always next year
