i have mine....horrible activation experience with local store...time in to time out was over 2 hours......now..on to learning and playing...coming from a Blackberry, this ought to be interesting!!!!!

Got mine on corporate discount @ 1 yr. $ 229.99 and has lost & found $200 of the $500.00 I had @ the time. What pain that was and a relief at the same time. One more thing I found out today, don't believe everything u see on the 4G maps cause where I purchased my phone the map says there is 4G when the phone was fully activated plus all demos was showing 3G @ the store. Talked to my friend about it, he said nah just 3G up this way?!!

Just picked mine up! So damn excited! VZ store opened at 10 and only 3 of us were waiting. I wish I could take the day off form work to just sit on the couch and play with it...figure it all out. I'm such a newb on this!

It was an episode...but I got mine! What I learned!
1) BB cannot upgrade you if you have a business account!
2) The VZW vehicle mount and the BB diamond case are not compatible!
3) This thing rocks!

Got mine with the extended battery. Got her charging up right now! 199 on 2 yr. plan. Should have went with 1 yr but oh well. Locked in that data plan. Beautiful device!

Yayyy just got my TB from best buy but they couldn't add the insurance so I went home and contacted Verizon they said they couldn't add it either because I purchased phone from BB. Before I got upset I called asurion and they added it for me. Now I have to order a case and screen protectors online because BB didn't have them. But I HAVE MY PHONE!!!!!

Got mine at lunch at the local VZW corporate store in Greensboro, NC. Took awhile due to their computers having issues. Got the phone with about 60% battery left and have been adding apps and setting everything up. Battery seems to be holding up nicely. I am NOT in a 4g area, so it has strictly been 3g connection.

They had 40 units when the store opened and had roughly 10 after I purchased mine. Best Buy a mile away, said he got about 40 in and he has "plenty" left.

Loving it so far.

Whats interesting are all the BB folks and comments with the phone...yeah, anything beats BB and ive owned Tours, Bold, Storm.
Would like to see some Fascinate and Droid X owners who have jumped on the TBolt comment...is there that big a difference ?

I had the first appointment at Best Buy, and of course as I'm sitting down to upgrade...I realize I left my gift card at home. Meh!

So a quick back and forth, a quick return of the Droid X and trade up for the TB, and I was out the door.

Haven't played with it for more than a few minutes, but so far I am thrilled!

Short version...

I like it!

Slightly longer version...

-In and out of store quickly. The sales staff were all wearing TBolt Shirts
-Got free spare battery thrown in (being mailed to me). I guess she thought I was cute. No, make that super cute
-It was handed to me fully working before any google configuration (as I prefer)
-Set up ActiveSync/Exchange with Gmail first with my existing gmail account -piece of cake. Automigically downloaded and synced my 700+ contacts and calendar very quickly.
-Set up my work IMAP account - smooth!
-Made a few calls (good sound quality)
-Received a few calls (good sound quality)

Haven't messed with 4G yet...

I was concerned about the volume of the built-in ear-piece speaker and the speaker-phone. Both are GREAT! Plenty of volume. Good sound.

Up and fully functional in no time (i.e. mail, calendar, calls, contacts). Very smooth transition. Better than I had hoped for. Admittedly I had done some prep, making sure my Google gmail account was prepared for sync. All went very well.

How could I have forgotten about Angry Birds?!?! That's supposed to be the first app to download. Eh, I came from a Storm, so I'm not exactly used to having the ability to download a lot of apps.

Was first in line at one of the philly stores this morning. This thing is so sick! In case anyone cares, Swype Beta installs and works flawlessly.

Thanks so much for that! I just got mine -- Bethesda,MD corp store, first thing this a.m.! yay! -- but was surprised that it had no Swype already on board. Thought I heard it would have it standard. Is the beta in Market or is it a side load?
