The "00,100" number totally ignores the fact that most existing Android apps are completely usable on Honeycomb without resorting to a "2x" mode that turns the device into "Baby's First Tablet".![]()

what a ass hat
Trillian works great on my Xoom since they updated it. What's not working on yours?
Yet another great thread!
I'm not sure what qualifies as "optimize" - does the publisher have to say it? I would consider Adobe Reader application and the Pulse news reader application as optimized for tablet display. Adobe Reader behaves differently on my Xoom than on my Droid, as does Pulse, with Pulse making full advantage of panels.

File Station Tablet - a decent file browser optimized for tablets
This is odd... You can still see it in the web Market at the link below, but it's not in the Xoom Android Market right now! (If it ever comes back in the Xoom Market, search on Adobe Systems to help filter the results. Then pick one of the Adobe apps, like Adobe Air and choose "More from Adobe" to truly find all apps published by Adobe.)Where do i find the offical Adobe Reader app? I've looked. Bought docs to go to read local PDFs.
Google Body keeps crashing on my Xoom. Anyone else having this problem?
I wrote Adobe about this same issue earlier this week and I was told that with the recent update from version 10.0.0 to version 10.0.1, they restricted the Adobe Reader requirements to exclude Honeycomb as they were planning to come out with a tablet-optimized version of Adobe Reader soon, no specific date given. If you look around the Internet for the apk file of either 10.0.0 or the new 10.0.1, it will still work fine. I used 10.0.0 last week and this week I manually installed 10.0.1 from the apk and it works great on tablets. This is odd... I'm positive I saw Adobe Reader in the market this past weekend, so it's interesting it's not there now. Here's another oddity: The web Market page says it's installed, but in the "My Market Account" listing, "Reader" is not present. Something going on with it?
What I mean by "optimized for honeycomb" is either:I'm not sure what qualifies as "optimize" - does the publisher have to say it?
Pulse was made specifically for honeycomb and it's on the list. Adobe Reader isn't downloadable from the market this morning for unknown reasons, but I will test it as soon as it works.I would consider Adobe Reader application and the Pulse news reader application as optimized for tablet display. Added. How about Google Earth?
I also didn't see Google Books in the list, but that's clearly optimized for tablets.***
Finally, should any of the stock applications be listed, or does it go without saying?
