The pre order button is up

It seems like something is just hosed for the Atrix on Premier upgrades.

If I try to buy a Captivate, everything works fine - I can select a Data plan and get the $100 rebate on it once I do.

But for the Atrix, it says no data plans are available and totally breaks =/
 
Almost figured out a workaround..
Upgrade to the Samsung Craptivate and pick your voice/data/messaging plans with it, then change your phone to an Atrix preorder. This works up until the shopping cart which won't even fully load once you do this.. haha.

I wanna place my order but not sure about it ??? If i order will my blackberry still be active until i get the atrix ?? And i am also grandfathered in when it comes to data .... :-\
 
Yes. Until you put your SIM card into the Atrix and activate it, your BB will work as is. Yes you should be assuming you do not change it (including add tethering).
 
Same here with Premiere. I get all the way through to the shopping cart, then cannot continue. Ridiculous.
 
Ok, for the Premier folks. You'll need to contact Premier support at (866) 499-8008 after 9am EST today. There is no other way around it.
 
Oh man, am I ever getting the run around. The AT&T rep with Premier is now telling me that I have to change from my Data Unlimited to the "4G w/Tethering." I told her, heck no I'm not doing that. That is only for the Atrix with the laptop dock. This is such a goat rope. I really wish that I wasn't a Premier customer. Stupid and frustrating.

edit: after 1 hour and 10 mins, I finally have an Atrix 4G on pre-order. :-/

Well I tried ordering mine online (I'm eligible for an additional $50 off but only online- so the order would've been $149+ tax and fees), but none of my credit or debit cards are working. I think their system is hosed.

I'll try again tomorrow :(
 
So as many of us "Premier" customers are aware we are getting hosed on pre-ordering this online. Now, 611 is even unable to help us/me. I was told that if she were to assist me this morning I would have to pay $299 for the phone as they can not offer the $100 discount.

Have now been told to cal (866) 499-8008 for Premier Customer Support...which at this time is experiencing extremely high call volumes...so all of you need to get off the phone and let me get through :)
 
I don't know why they start preorders on a sunday, given that their online support and consumer sales numbers are offline.

Has anyone been able to order online with a Visa card? I can't get any to work...
 
Just got an email saying my order I put in last night is cancelled, with no explanation other than they couldn't verify my information. Say what??? Guess I'm making a trip down to the AT&T store.
 
Premier phone support just told me that there are 'known issues' at this time and they can't even put my order in either.
Told me to try back in 2 hours!!
 
talked to a rep at premier and they said they could no process any preorders on the telephone waited 30mins kinda pissed told them a message on the website would had been nice. they told me the website should be up and running in 2-3 hours

At this point, after being on hold with three different ATT Customer Service departments this morning for over an hour I might as well wait another hour and just go to the store 5 minutes from the house.

I'll be heading down to my local store in a few minutes. Hopefully it won't be long, doubt there will be too many people from my small town in to pre-order it. I'll post my experience when I get back.
