The update to Sense 6.0 and other changes imminent

There are lots of improvements besides blink feed like :

Option for no lock screen is back
The font is "lighter", but now you can download your own fonts
extreme power savings mode
new wallpapers
System wide Themes
some new sounds
Camera app updated
new color themes in messages
AT&T radio update (I'm getting about 1 bar better reception)
Software build # is now 5.12.502.2

Anyone spot anymore?

So why is the clock gone on blinkfeed?

Same thing I'm wondering... Looked all around and can't seem to find a way to add it back.

I figured out that you have to have blinkfeed set as home in order to have the clock on it

Update live in Houston this evening. Installed without apparent problems. Interesting new look for Blinkfeed and camera. Still exploring.

Been playing with it for a few hours now. I sort of liked how the blinkfeed scroll would click stop grid style. Now that it just scrolls through I end up missing articles on feeds when swiping through articles. You liking it?

Having the option now to use the volume button as a cam picture snap is excellent. Always wanted this feature. Too bad it does have the ability to use the volume to turn it on straight into camera mode like the M8. Can't complain. Good stuff.

Update went fine. Hate Blinkfeed font and green color. Anyway to change the color. I also can't get the highlights to work. Only things like Twitter and Facebook appear. I've tried removing all of the others like AP, HuffPost etc... and re-adding them, but no luck. Nothing shows up in Highlights. :(

Go to Settings: Personalize: Theme. I didn't much like green theme, went with silver/grey. Feels like a new phone! :)

Ugh you're right... Nice find, although I'm not thrilled with that as a solution. I do not like blinkfeed bring my home screen at all.

I agree with paperbackpiles. I liked Blinkfeed when it would scroll and stop. I wish they would have left the fonts the same. The text needs to be bolder like it was before. I don't want to download a launcher in order to use a font pack.

Really like the above changes
Got rid of the app No-Lock
Set up extreme power savings at 20%
Font seem sharper in messages
Maybe with the slight improvement to the radio, I can ditch my Microcell...Naaaahhhh!
I like the fact that instead of flicking off the active apps one at a time (after double clicking the home button), you can clear them all out at once by touching the circled X on the top of the page

I am liking almost all of the changes except the picture for the contact is smaller. Not sure why this is. They need to make it bigger if anything. I don't understand how they go backwards sometimes.

How do you set the extreme power to go on at 20%?

Settings, Battery Manager, Extreme Power savings mode (footnote 1), touch button next to 20% and be sure to select "Automatically turn on extreme power savings mode at level I specify...."
Footnote 1. Do not turn the slider next to Extreme Power Savings Mode to ON from this menu item, or the mode will be ON all the time.

Beware that the update has changed the default notification tones and ringtone. I had a different sound for texts, and another for email, and a custom ringtone for most contacts, and all that was changed, Had to choose completely new notification sounds for texts and email.
