Theme+Nova+Good Lock = What for battery life?

Just finished installing MM for my AT&T variant. Was thinking of using this set-up. For those that already were on MM, does this combo drain the battery considerably faster? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm using good lock and Nova and my battery is the same as before. It wasn't good before, but it's not worse.
You don't need a theme when your using good lock, unless you want your dialer and message apps changed.
