There's a storm brewing...

I agree. These tweets are aggravating. They feel very passive aggressive. It's not our fault that as potential tbolt customers we are growing impatient. They're the ones that are advertising it like crazy with no release date. It's like they're saying "please go buy our new phone, but don't you dare ask us when it's coming."

Further, the only reason there are so many rumors about the network not being ready and battery life, etc. Is because they won't communicate with us.

Somebody please give this man a medal. Verizon, don't ***** about rumors while giving no information at all. Personally, I think it is of very poor taste to start a marketing push for a phone that is either not finished or not performing as expected. It's like a dealership trying to sell me a truck when the tires aren't even on.

Zillions of rumors every day. When we DO launch our 4G phones, they'll work great on our LTE network.

iPhone! iPhone, iPhone!!!!

ITS LIKE they literally sold there souls to the thing....

I will laugh when they find out the hard way that relying on a single handset for 11 million unit sales just like he mentioned just now, is not the best thing to do

Verizon was fine without the iPhone, now there relying on it for all its income...

also just mentioned the T-mobile - Sprint merger

That stupid webcast was a waste of my time. I am now wondering if I made the wrong choice switching to Verizon... I used to envy them because they had the best Android line-up; now, they have the Fruity phone and that's all they seem interested in. Ugh!

a vzw opp just told me that the iphone has been there biggest seller thus far, well i think SJ can go jump in a very beep lake i dislike anything Cr-apple. all of this is such a joke.

i do understand that its just a phone but i have an LG piece of crap and this will be my first android phone. i aslo understand if they really did have issues with the Tbolt i do want them fixed before i get it but it wouldn't take this long to fix a few bugs.

Well all this can't be good for business

What the Heck is going on with them anyways???????

I don't understand why they don't just give the TB a Xoom like release. Release it with 3G working then later have an update to 4G when it's working properly. That would quiet most of the masses waiting for this phone.

As I've already said, in the bigger picture, it's affecting a tiny amount of sales. The vast majority of Verizons customer base doesn't even know what the Thunderbolt is, and likely doesn't care.

The people who care are us enthusiasts and we're a tiny percentage in comparison. This "botched" release is likely having a minimal affect in terms of revenue to Verizon.
