Frustrations over bandwidth not beeing as advertised can make one's blood boil. I sympathize with Freakish Gnome. My DSL home line caused me to suffer for a few months once. It was a living hell for me, so I can relate.
DSLreports seems to have a few threads about AT&T's cellular connectivity. I thought some people might not be aware of that particular forum, but it is highly regarded by many as "The" place for bandwidth discussions. - That's usually where I go to discuss my oligopolistic ISP's price gouging tactics and bandwidth throttling issues.
