I AM GOING THROUGH THE EXACT. SAME. THING!!! I am on my way BACK to tmobile for a 3rd NOTE 3. first, it was screen glitches, then air gestures didnt work, and now, the device wont even sync or download!! its frustrating, and because this phone is so expensive, I need all of my features to work 1000% of the time! Then the customer service reps made me feel as if NO one has having problems or experiencing anything similar. I should PERSONALLY, take this forum to them, and tell them to get their stuff together!
Are you still in your full refund return window, such as 14 days if purchased at a store, and 20 days, if purchased online or over the phone?
Because they told me specifically when I was having problems that if I returned the phone, I would get another, but it will not be a brand new phone.. They told me to get a brand new phone, I would have to return for refund, and repurchased. Since, I paid 7 large and some change for this phone, was not going for that..However, my issue was solved, and I didn't have to go through that return and repurchase. So, most like you are getting a refurbished phone. Most like they are as good as new, as the Note 3 is not that old. Also, a lot of returned Note 3 really have nothing wrong with them, just "user error".. So, IMO, Samsung checks out those phones, and reissued them. I returned a Galaxy Gear Smartwatch for another one, only to find out it was USER ERROR.
At one point you should be satisfied, or Tmobile must make it right...
Also, you could find a GOOD Samsung Rep, and a good BESTBUY rep to help you out.. To get those, one must call around to the BestBuy stores, and asked for the Samsung Rep. Tell them your problem. Not all Samsung Reps know what they are doing, that is why I said call around. Also, some of the BestBuy people know their stuff pretty good. If you get some good people to work adjust your phone, I think you be okay, and if the phone is defective, you are right there with the Samsung Rep.. Things should get taken care of..
