This is my 3rd Exchange At Tmobile and Still This Phone Has Flaws!!!!!

Always flawless?... Yeah... Apple phones have never had an issue once out of the box.....

Read news articles before assuming.. Apple had a huge issue with this in the past where they had white phones showing up with chips for many people (even review sites).

I saw 2 white note 3s today and the home key button is solid must be just the black ones cause every black one i saw today at tmobile stores and a samsung store the home key button can bee slightly tilted left to right so im just gonna stick with the one i have cause if i get another its gonna be the same deal or i can swap to a white one but thing is with that tmobile said its gonna be a $50 restocking fee plus i dont like white.

And I'm fairly sure that Apple would provide replacements for them.

No one questioned that? Just like I'm sure he can get replacements.

Mines is black and has no issues what so ever.

Out of curiosity I took a careful look at the Home button on my Note 3. It does move around in its slot just a bit (not unlike the .gif file recently posted here in another thread). It functions perfectly though. This is a non issue for me.

I would take issue with something like a frame flaw that keeps the back cover from seating flush, a scratch on the screen, a camera optic flaw affecting image quality, a dead pixel, intermittent function of any kind, etc. I might even consider a cosmetic flaw a problem if it were likely to affect the phones potential resale value (life is unpredictable and material goods are unimportant / dispensable).

We're I to notice the buttons movement after observing one or more of the aforementioned issues I suppose that it might bother me being another indicator of a larger issue (quality control).

Just got my T-Mobile Note 3 and have no flaws with the phone. It's a white one though not black like the OP'S phone.

Your article is from 2012. Also 4.3 is out :).

It's out, but on very few phones. 4.2 is probably the main player at the moment, or maybe even 4.1. The problems in the article may not still exist on 4.2, I don't know. But, if you think that Android is not flawed, take off the glasses.:)
