This is my 3rd replacement! Keep it or get rid of it?

My first edge plus from T-Mobile had dust under the glass that's over the camera and the home key was scratched! 2nd one had a scratch on the screen and the gold on the home key had a slight discoloration in it. 3rd is perfect just has dust under the glass but not on the lens itself. Should I keep this one with dust being under the glass would it effect pictures or anything? Now I can only see the dust particles if u shine my led light on the camera or if I put the phone under light.

Take a few pictures and see if you can spot any artefacts.

Got my Black S6 Edge Plus delivered this morning ordered last night. Ordered the OtterBox Semmatary today cause this dude is slick. Been playing with it all day loving it so far and it blows my Note 4 on Lollipop 5.01 away for speed and camera has been great from opening to the time it takes the picture.

No, you shouldn't keep such an expensive phone if it has dust under the glass. I got mine from best buy with no issues at all.

Didn't you check it out at the store when they were activating it, or did you have it sent to you by mail?

this is my 3rd one they all have some type of flaw if you eye ball them with a led light. I have looked at 6 besides mine in samsung store/tmobile/verizon to and saw at least one or 2 flaws but i really want this phone and im sick of exchanging.

I had a Gold Edge+ from A+&t not a scratch on the screen. I sold it on Ebay to get an unlocked White g928C from Expansys and have had it a week and already there are micro scratches on the edge of the screen I am using a good case mate case and have not dropped it. I contacted them and they said they would exchange it but since it was physical damage they would exchange it with a 25% restocking fee. I called them out on it and said it was a known issue and it should not do this after a week and they have not responded. now tonight I started have the unresponsive screen issue where it wont wake up then when it does it freeze and will say touchwiz not responding. I was even pushed a softwear update and it is still doing it randomly. not sure what to do so frustrated. My old school Samsung G3 not a scratch anywhere on it.

Got mine at BestBuy, AT&T the carrier, no problems or flaws whatever.

Maybe there was a bad QC batch of phone, because mine is flawless and fast

I suggest getting it from another store or at least another t-mobile. Sounds like they're doing something weird in that store.

What scratch issues? I had mine for like a week, scratch free, but after a week I see some really light scratches on it, and I did baby my phone too. Is this gorilla 4 glass worst than the 3? Never had this problem on my precious Samsung's.

With the S6 edge and edge plus it seems like some of the models of them are scratching easy and it might have something to do with missing the coating on them. My At&t variant that I had for a month not a scratch on it. Now this 928c I think from Dubai I have scratches on it within the first week of having it and I am so careful with my phones and baby them. I have a G3 not a scratch on it. From what I hear this is a known issue.
