Thoughts after using Bionic plus pictures

Hey Joe! Question. My D3 didn't lag either until I started putting widgets on all the homescreens. Can you put some widgets on the homescreens (all 5) and let us know if that hampers the phone going back to the homescreen? Thanks!

The phone does have a LED light like almost all motorola phones and yes, the vehicle dock charges the phone.

I guess we will have to wait for real-time use to see if the vehicle dock charger can keep up with the power requirements of GPS and display unlike my dock for my Droid X. ;-)

By the way, regarding the LapDock. I just sent an e-mail directly to the salesman I'm working with at VZW Corporate to see if I can get confirmation of whether its truely just an accessory or if its going to require some sort of 'monthly fee' to use it. Hopefully he can come through.

I want this phone to replace my Droid 1 but am going to "try" to stick it out until Nexus Prime. If it has a Super Amoled+ screen like the charge, it'll be worth waiting for. I was this close to buying a charge today, even though Bionic is so close. The screen is sooooo....beautiful.

Samsungs sprint galaxy s2 has a notification light. But most of the time they omit one for reasons I don't understand.

The Epic 4G also has one. At least Sprint is smart enough to ask Samsung to put one in. I don't understand why they don't include a notification light either. HTC's LED lights are pretty useless too. They put them in the speaker grille so it's hard to see and it's only two colors, amber and green.

I just downloaded Pete Alfonso's GPA17 ROM for my OG Droid and it gave it new life (for now). I'm hoping it lasts another two months or so for the Prime. I'm concerned about crapware and the qHD screen - two reasons alone to wait for the Prime (no crapware and 720p HD screen!!). Not to mention owning a Nexus device.

I'm just worried the Bionic's bloated frame and bad screen will come under center in two months when everyone pins it against the Prime.

Bloatware is no reason to wait for any phone. It will probably take 10 mins max to delete all the bloatware off the Bionic. I also wouldn't be so sure that VZW's Prime will be bloat-free - Droid branding or not.
