I think so, but he says what city he lives in, and he posted his gmail account email in the sale thread for his D3. If you Google his email, you find where he has sold other devices that he won in contests on other sites (Thunderbolt, iPad, etc.). I would say "maybe no one at Verizon will see his posts here," but the main AndroidCentral site linked to this thread in a blog post about what all happened last week. That's how I found it... and it wouldn't be that hard to see if he's ever accessed anything on the web via a company device using his email address - like the Disqus Droid-Life post where he wanted a Pool Party invite or the one where he said he was buying a Thunderbolt the day they started selling. Some of that stuff could be trackable from their server logs and lead them back to him.
I have heard they fired people for much less than posting pics and benchmark scores of an unreleased and highly-anticipated device.
