i notice it says charcoal gray does that mean there are other color variations, i notice in some pics it looks a more grey color and others looks black
I only remember seeing it as a charcoal color, I think thats the only color out, I def could be wrong though

I saw that add in Starbucks Sunday morning. Finished my scone and coffee and walked down to the Best Buy. Asked the girl working the phone are and she said she is not sure why the add states they have them but they dont. She even went back in the stock room and harassed the stock guys, nada.

If we want to go down that road, Bambi was animated in Full Screen, and they aren't doing any widescreen trickery like they did with Sleeping Beauty. They will, however, have scene specific pillars that match the color tone of what's going on.

I don't know if this has been already posted or not as I am not going to check out each of 154 pages so please excuse me if I am repeating something that has already been posted.
It seems that, unlike the nation's most reliable network Verizon Wireles, Best Buy Mobile has been actively answering customers' queries on their Facebook Page. (And right now a lot of questions seem to be on Thunderbolt). They are saying that they have not official date as yet since VZW has not provided them with a release date.
But the good news is that they are also saying the actual price is $249.99 and NOT $299.99. This screenshot of Best Buy Mobile's wall on FB should speak for itself.
This is my first attempt at posting a picture. Is there anyway to have the picture appear in its actual size rather than just a thumbnail?
EDIT: Best Buy Mobile just answered my question regarding the price on their Facebook wall. This is what they said: "The price will be $249.99 with a pre-order only. The price without a pre-order will be $299.99. I hope this helps clarify. Thank you!"

Lol what there saying is the phone is 299. If you pre ordered your only paying 249 but you still end up at 299.

I have just asked them to clarify this "confusion". Since the phone was advertised at $249.99 at the time of my pre-order, I hope they will agree to honor that price.
What about the pic I posted? I know the quality is crappy but I know it says $249 for either new 2-yr contract or 2-yr upgrade, and it did not include already having paid $50 to preorder...

They can wiggle out of that one by saying it is a misprint, though I don't know if they are legally liable to honor that price - misprint or not.
If the price of the phone is $300 dollars then I will be looking for a new phone or waiting until the price drops.
On my post the other day when I talked about the BBM guy who I felt was being the most honest with me yet, I forgot to mention that I asked about the price diff. He said it was going to be $249 and handed me a flyer that had the price on it and told me to hang on to it in case it did become an issue. But you're right, they could always try and tell me "no". But they don't "know" me very well...άγριος αμαζόνα

Okay finally the pricing confusion has been clarified on the official Best Buy Mobile facebook page (link).
This is what they have to say: The deposit is just a gift card. With a pre-order your price is $249.99. Once the gift card is applied you'll have a remaining total of $199.99 plus tax to pay.
So, this sounds good for those of us who pre-ordered
