Doesn't really matter what the HTC guy said really does it? He confirmed that fact it is shipping in some matter. He never specifically said they were shipping them to VZW in the US, or if VZW will start to ship them this week, etc. Just playing with words... also if they were in stock you know we would have a screenshot by now and not of a dummy unit.

The HTC "guy" happened to be the CEO. I have no doubt it's shipping to domestic locations.... the timing? Sure, up in the air... but the stars are starting to align. Perhaps Verizon will actually say something. Those morons.

Given that's a Best Buy screen and having worked at Best Buy, notice the lack of anything next to the Street Date field. The In-Stock day may indeed be the 21st because a lot of Best Buys get their trucks on Sundays since the store closes at 7 and the product process team doesn't have to be there all night putting stuff away.

Still doubt BB sells it ahead of when Verizon would.

You have to check with your local BB, some stores do, some don't.

So I have been contacting my BB that I pre-ordered at every day this week and each day (Including about 5 minutes ago) they say that they are getting them tomorrow and will be available when they open. He took the time to check the computer information and he was the manager of the department.

Is this BB just misinformed or could their be certain BB's getting stock first in larger markets?

Verizon has yet to give a release date, even if they do get them tomorrow (very doubtful imo) I cant see them releasing it without verizon giving the ok.

Out of curiosity which best buy is it, cause the one in south loop and the on clark street both told me no date and no phone

I doubt it, since they are adding more LTE towers every day. It would pretty much be a logistical nightmare.

Adding towers to existing markets. And I don't see how it would be a logistical nightmare. Verizon knows where they are doing build out and on what schedule. I think it'd be totally reasonable that they may divert shipments to locations that have 4G service.

Ok. I only asked because I saw that Pirate Dan was in the Chicago area and I know Chicago is on 4G LTE already.
