timer icon on bottom of android photo?

anyplace I can put a photo to ask my question? If I press the "timer" the photo becomes a video with music!

I asked 2 days ago- took me this long to get logged in and B. Diddy asked what phone I have. It is a Galaxy s20 Ultra. I asked Samsung and they had NO IDEA- told me to reset my phone! oye vey! anyway, here is a screenshot and the video [video]https://photos.app.goo.gl/15PCzy7NRWXRXZbL6[/video]

I did not DL any apps. It is only on a few photos. I have no idea even how to re-create it. Hoping to find an answer or 2 here. and THANK YOU!

That feature is called Scene Relighting.

I just tried to do it in Pro Mode with white balance on auto- did not create it
