Tmobile hotspot usage

I have never turned on my t mobile hotspot and yet it shows I used for 400 megs of data. What app could use the hotspot without me turning it on? If the hotspot is off it's off .. right?

I've noticed this happens randomly with T-Mobile... It only does a little though.
