I'm not questioning anyone or their sources.
But a VZW employee giving up the info, telling me they had received an internal announcement regarding original Droid pushes of 2.2 and commencement of DInc pushes, without me having to even ask about it..seems reasonably decent to assume it is correct.
I guess we will see in a day or two.
Side note - anyone know the order that the push comes? Is it a "first come, first served' thing..I.e. the earlier u had ur dinc the earlier you get upgraded?

rep on the phone from tech support not regular cs said it would be certain markets at first, which I would think would be smaller ones first.

i think it's more along the npa/nxx, MEID, MDN, etc...something like that. each "set" of info will be assigned a server for the update, as one finishes, the next set is picked up and OS is rolled out...
