I am keeping it on topic.Supposedly ota will rollout 2 weeks to a month. Just 2 people trying to make it light of the situation.because it is so uptight in this forum. I'm with you and many others on the frustration of how long it's taking.

Not true. You can use bootcamp and boot into Windows. I have a Mac Pro, and I can run Windows 7 under bootcamp faster than most PCs.

Yes, that would be an option if I owned a copy of Windows. It's not worth the purchase for the RUU though - no other need for it.
