Ok so quick search for the zip and there was nothing, But I did find a zip called /system/etc/security/otacerts.zip

was that link certified to just one phone? mine?

Ok tried rename to update.zip then went in to Recovery and try to load from sd-card no go. Tried renaming it to PB31IMG.zip tried hboot no go.

DO you guys that dont have the update have the /system/etc/security/OTAcerts.zip ??? It has a file named this in it releasekey.x509.pem

So im new here please be gentle but the file that was posted is that the same as the OTA? and will i still get the OTA? Or does this file not work? And by the way thanks to all the funny posts to keep us smiling as we all wait for this "so called" update i only say that cause i have not gotten mine yet and Capt. Morgan is not helping anymore lol ..

I all ready copied it to my sd card and put the file on my computer

I opened it in a hex editor and it looks like an encryption key, but I dont know if my phone had it before.

And I cant find the darn .zip update file I dont know where it put it on my phone

Installing andriod SDK right now so I can adb to the insides of my phone and find that dang zip file

Woke up a few minutes ago and was prompted to install the update, finishing up the install now.

I Download it to phone but when trying to open it get message sorry the application updater has stopped

Ok so update.zip or any other 93mb zip in not on my phone or my phones internal memory card. I mounted both and went looking thru them with my recovery/hex software and nothing. I has to be in the phones memory. I am going to use adb next but I am open to suggestions
