Too Large Ton Be Used as Everyday Cellphone?

When you return a phone within 14 days, do they refund all your money? Or do they take a re-stocking fee from you?

I was going to pick one up today at a Sprint corp store. First time I'd actually seen it in person and held it in my hand. The creep told me that the only way I could return it is if it was defective. He said I couldn't return it for exchange for another phone just because "I didn't like it". This is BS, isn't it? I thought there was at 14 day satisfaction guarantee, and you could exchange for another device plus a re-stock fee. Needless to say, I left empty handed because I didn't want to be stuck with it if it turned out I really didn't like it, or thought it would be too big. Can't really make that decision unless I'm actually using it day to day.

The idiot at sprint is wrong. You have 14 days to decide to keep it or return it. It's not only their policy but in some states your right as a consumer to return something you don't like. One thing they can do is charge a restocking fee which I don't agree with. That's why I buy my phones from best buy or amazon. Either way within 14 days you bad return to sprint. They used to allow 30 days. Hopefully it worked out for you. I myself love my note 2. there are times it feels to big especially when trying to use Swype, but the pros outweigh the cons for me. Plus that one handed feature works great when you need it

I hold my Note 2 to my ear to talk all the time, and frankly, it doesn't feel in any way weird or unnatural. I don't understand anyone who says it's too big to talk on. Sounds like nonsense to me.

This phone was massive compared to my Nexus S 4G. Before purchasing this phone, I printed out black rectangles with the exact dimensions of the two phones. I wasn't sure I could handle the Note 2 as a phone. But, after using for two weeks, it feels completely comfortable in my hand and while talking.

It is big and I have no interest in holding it to my ear for long periods of time. For me a Bluetooth solves that problem. This theory that you need to use it a few days for me is just rubbish. If you hold to your ear at the store and its seems BIG, it's not going to get smaller after a few days use. Do your research at home to study the software then go to a store and hold it. Bottom line, its going to be cumbersome to hold to your head for long periods of time at a 182 grams for most. Personally, it could be even bigger and I'd still want it!!(Using a BT of course)
