I have tested them and had no problems. All of them flashed flawlessly. I seen the idea on the optimus one forum and figured it may help out here. Awsome job mmarz. These are a must in your sticky thread.

If your goal is to have one of these recoveries, yes. If you want any other recovery, you'll need to use the generic flasher.

Sweet all I am interested in is Thunderc, Stock, and AOSP. So this works awesomely for me.

Not to hate on this method, but why the hate towards terminal? It's the fastest and easiest method around. Download directly to your phone, then open terminal and type two lines, and you're in your custom recovery.

I'm not sure if having to memorize some lines of code, firing up a terminal emulator and typing in a few lines of code if its easier than rebooting to recovery and pressing a button or two

You know what sucks about flashing a recovery back to stock? You then have to manually flash another recovery THEN use the zips again. xD

heres a question, using CW recovery to flash any of these zips, are we suppose to rename it vrecovery.img or just vrecovery? i know that when i originally put the image recovery of CW it kept failing until i removed .img, the system would read it as vrecovery.img.img, or is this just an isolated issue that i am personally having?

If your using the recent zips then just flash without renaming the zip in recovery. But when you flash the zip choose reboot to recovery and your recovery will be chanfed if your using the first method in the post download flash zip and rename the recovery vrecovery.img

Xionia and thunderc (correct me if im wrong) works with all roms I know xionia does for sure.

I have used Thunderc for Rodimus, Harmonia, Bumblebee, Stock, Zefie's CM7, and AOSP CM7. Has worked for all of them without issue.

You sure that Xionia works with the gb roms? I thought it used the older scripting that wasn't compatible with aosp?

I can flash aosp with xionia with no problems just can't use clockwork recovery to flash harmonia (reborn I think haven't tried) rodimus or mobius. Aosp and bumblebee you can use either recovery.

It worked for me this time. Maybe it's because I'm using .6 Xionia or something, not sure, but I swear it didn't let me when I was using .4. Guess I could flash back to it and try again.
