Thanks so much for posting detailed instructions. Everything went great for me.

My only suggestion is that you edit the text instructions.

Step 10 is somewhat incomplete and I had to review the video tutorial to find out what to do.

After "-Restarting adb..." you may want to add the following:

Do you want to block OTA Updates? [Y/N]

Enter Y. It keeps you from getting bootlooped.​

Otherwise, totally awesome!

I think I'm going to update it with the release of my thunderbolt tool to where it automatically blocks otas.

I gave up on it last night I'm gonna try again tonight it just sticks at waiting at fastboot forever to get it out of that I just pull the battery i hope that doesn't screw it up

Well it finally worked I guess it's like me and doesn't like windows vista but it worked great on win 7 thanks again for all the help and for making an easy to use tool for is people who aren't so tech savvy

Everything seemed to go okay but I cant boot into recovery and rom manager still thinks my tbol is unrooted, even though your tool says it is s-off

Did it ever boot to CWM and flash the files at the end of the tool?

But I do have one last issue, ever since I rooted...my PC wont detect my phone like it used to? Hmm. Ideas?

Maybe try disabling and re-enabling USB debugging.

Seems like with some roms it works and with others it doesnt
Im running Skyraider Zeus and it wont work

i can't get to the recover selction after hboot update it is s-off but root check says i don't have root access

my phone soes an update when those files are being seached then it says press power to reboot can someone please help?
