TouchWiz on SC2.9.x

I could have sworn that I saw in one of the posts we could have downloaded and installed TW after we rooted and flashed to Froyo. Is there anyway to still do this, I am running SC 2.9.1, probably 2.9.2 later this weekend.

Call me crazy but I actually like the TW layout and some of the Widgets like the Facebook widget.

Yeah, I am with you on that one. I like having some color in my launcher bar, its like a little fiesta every time I unlock my phone. The other thing you will want is the TouchWiz clock "ClockPackage.apk" unless you like the no-soft-alarm and only-one-alarm-tone-at-only-one-volume features of the "upgraded" clock found in the SC rom. And if you use the built in email client, you will want to grab that (Email.apk) from the deodexed EB01 rom, too. The SC version doesnt let you do email signatures.

I am running Launcher Pro and I have colored icons in my dock and I have the Facebook widget, plus Launcher Pro is infinitely more customizable than Touchwiz. If you try Launcher Pro, to get colored icons in the dock, all you have to do is long press on the white icon, choose change shortcut, choose applications, and click on the appropriate app and you will have a colored icon.
