TouchWiz showing up in recent applications?

Hello.

Recently, I have been experiencing a bug where TouchWiz repeatedly shows up in my recent applications only when I open the app drawer when I'm on a TouchWiz homepage. When I open the app drawer when I'm inside of an app, then TouchWiz doesn't show up.

I have attached a screenshotted image to show you what I'm talking about.


When I swipe it away to close the app, it re-opens TouchWiz as if I just powered on my device (the app icons and widgets reload).

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900T) running Android Marshmallow version 6.0.1.

Is there any fix for this?
