Hi all. I contacted cust svc but didnt answer my question. I have a chip on left corner of screen . I can feel if w finger but no pixel loss. Can I claim full value. Will they adust it as cracked screen or am I risking losing full amount of trade in. Thx.

It would be considered cracked screen

You'll get the trade value based on a device with a cracked screen. What phone are you trading in? I claimed my trade as having a cracked screen and they gave me $400 for an S10. The camera lens is cracked. Maybe they'll still give you a decent trade amount if the rest of the phone works well.

To piggy back on this, has anyone had an issue with turning in their phone as a trade in with the screen cover that came with the S10e still on it but scratched?
