Wow! That was fast! The trade-in processing facility received my Note 20 Ultra this morning and by 4 PM they accepted the return.
It used to be at least a week or two.
They probably liked my Note. Miss it already.

Nice that's pretty quick, generally they used to take a week or two.

Just sent in my trade-in this AM. Sent in my Note 10+. kept the Note 20 Ultra. Def a hard decision, but worth it.

Sent mine trade in in today. The interesting thing I noticed was my trade in is going to Tennessee and not Texas. Interesting...

Yes. Seems like Samsung switched the trade-in processing company this year. I noticed it with previous Tab 7 purchase.

I've sent two in for trade-in and both times I was a little nervous because right before they were due to ship someone would post a, I got screwed by Samsung trade-in, thread. So I'm taking pictures and videos of the device JIC. Ready to do battle, push come to shove. Then I would get the, we received your device, email and be left in the lurch for a week or more waiting to see if they actually accepted it. Getting confirmation this quickly would have been nice. Actually I was expecting this to be a, we had (insert problem), type thread.

Maybe this means they've found a more efficient way of handling trade-ins which is good for everyone.

When I got my S21 Ultra, my trade in that time was sent to Tennessee as well. I did see some of them got labels to Texas and some to Tennessee. Probably they just split the load between the two centers.

Both of mine went to Texas and my son's Galaxy Buds went to Texas. So maybe Tennessee is faster or maybe it is just the difference of splitting the load...? I'm practically neighbors with Tenn. so it'll be interesting to see where my next mail-in goes.

Mine didn't, mine still went to Texas. Just caught me off guard, no biggie.

All my trade-ins (two) went to Texas last year. This year all trade-ins went to Tennessee. And I'm in Dallas area about 50 miles away from the old trade-in processing center, so it doesn't make any sense to send items to the different state.

As I prep my trade-in, I am reminiscing about the past Notes. I am trading in a Note 9... and folks remember it had a yellow Spen with the blue color - the first time black wasn't offered as a color for the Note, I think... (or at least there was some dark graphite). I remember talking here about the yellow Spen, and if that was annoying. As I pack it up, I noticed this was also the last Note with a headphone jack too.

Yep, same here - looks like this one is going to TN and it's a new company. I never had a problem with trade-ins, but they did used to take some time before it registered after sending it out.

They received my trade in devices August 31st and still no update. I did send in 3 devices though so maybe that's why it's taking longer?

I held it as long as I can before sending in my trade. So far, I am happy with device. So I will ship off my note 10 plus tomorrow.

My trade in turn around is already 4 days in and hasn't moved anywhere fed ex has been sitting on it. It's just starting to show some movement, although it's just showing arriving and arriving again at the same fed ex terminal.

I think fed ex is bound determined to give the USPS a run for the money for the worst delivery company.

I have to disagree there. EVERYTHING I have ever had ship FedEx has been HORRIBLE. USPS, at least they honestly TRY, FedEx, they could give less F**KS about your package or anything else for that matter. :(
