Soooo, are we taking bets on trade in issues this year? 

Some of the warehouses that were getting your trade ins said phones were damaged or had this or that wrong with them when they, in fact, did not.I havent had a new phone since the s22u, what kind of problems? Ive never had an issue?

Lol yeah they have been shipping UPS 2 day air for delivery, but using FedEx useless ground shipping for trade-ins.Just turned mine in earlier. Samsung threw me for a loop though.
They shipped the S25U via UPS but chose FedEx Ground for the return. I wasn't paying attention and realized this as I was standing in line at the UPS Store![]()
Oh no, this could be good or bad. We are just now getting the last trade in partner trained.Looks like Samsung is using a different company to handle the trade-in devices from the S25 series purchases. Noticed this today.
