Trade Ins

Sent my S24 Ultra back this afternoon. Signed out of all of my accounts, took the screen protector and back camera protectors off. Factory reset it and packaged it carefully. Took lots of pictures. Will be tracking it's status with my FedEx app. 🤞
 
Just turned mine in earlier. Samsung threw me for a loop though.

They shipped the S25U via UPS but chose FedEx Ground for the return. I wasn't paying attention and realized this as I was standing in line at the UPS Store
Lol yeah they have been shipping UPS 2 day air for delivery, but using FedEx useless ground shipping for trade-ins.

I wish they used UPS even for trade-ins, since FedEx warehouses in transit are notorious for phone thefts.
 
I just looked at the return label they sent in the box and realized that it was for someone else and for a different device.

Looks like Samsung is using a different company to handle the trade-in devices from the S25 series purchases. Noticed this today.

Oh no, this could be good or bad. We are just now getting the last trade in partner trained.
