Just turned mine in earlier. Samsung threw me for a loop though.

They shipped the S25U via UPS but chose FedEx Ground for the return. I wasn't paying attention and realized this as I was standing in line at the UPS Store

This has happened to me. The attendants are usually nice enough to let you know as I'm sure it happens often .

My return says it will be there tomorrow so we will see how quick they process it through. Fingers crossed for no issues but have the pictures and videos to backup the condition it left in.

I went to UPS to turn in my phone, and i ended up opening up the email nd there was a video.

Watched the video and then it mentioned Fed Ex..i was like what? But it came via UPS? A little confusing..so I went to Fed ex and they took it and gave me a receipt and everything.

My trade-in package is in Hutchins, TX which is about 30 minutes away from Coppell, TX. FedEx app is showing estimated delivery on Tuesday, but it could get there tomorrow.

Really hoping this new company is much more organized and ethical than the one Samsung previously used.
