That's what I was told.Just chatted with Samsung and they said as long as it's not a lease it's eligible for trade in.
YesIt's for my wife and she hates big phones. She currently has the s10e. I might have to take her to best buy to see them both in person.
Good luckI'll be taking her to the store to see them. Getting an extra 200 for my fold would be nice.
Hope you like them as you just locked your lines down for 3 years. I think I'm done getting phones thru verizon, 3 years to get the promos is getting ridiculous. I can get the promos thru Samsung without 3year commitments. So I ordered 2 s22+s gonna trade in mine and my kids folds for them. With my $1000 trade in to Verizon to get the folds and the $900 I'm getting from Samsung it's basically a wash. Gonna surprise the kid, because he hates the fold as much as I did. Just glad the wife was OK with the bigger plus. Phones should be here Monday.

If you don't plan on leaving them like plenty of peeps I know and that don't change phones like us here it's a good deal ...most carriers doing the same thing ...I checked last week I couldve gotten $1000 for Pixel 4a 5g which is awesome deal ...s22+ for $35 upgrade fee and taxes for phone some have sitting around ...Hope you like them as you just locked your lines down for 3 years. You are correct, but I'll throw in how many "regular" people that don't change phones all the time like us in here have phone issues just at 2 years or just over and now they will regret it at that point. Carriers found a great way to get us in contracts for 3 years now. Payoff is the new ETF. For some, this will be a good deal, but I think for most they will regret the 3 years. Just my thoughtsAwesomehope ya like the new phones and give us your thoughts once you get them some usage If you don't plan on leaving them like plenty of peeps I know and that don't change phones like us here it's a good deal ...most carriers doing the same thing ...I checked last week I couldve gotten $1000 for Pixel 4a 5g which is awesome deal ...s22+ for $35 upgrade fee and taxes for phone some have sitting around ...
I'm gonna stick with Samsung from now on too. Just have to get through the 3 years. Just switched to Verizon so don't plan on leaving anytime soon.Hope you like them as you just locked your lines down for 3 years. I hear you but I think these phones easily go to 3 years now with minimal issues.. I have a friend still rocking an S7 with no issues other than it's a little bit slower than I would like but for him it's perfect.,and it doesn't stop you from still picking up a phone outside of Verizon if you want to..You are correct, but I'll throw in how many "regular" people that don't change phones all the time like us in here have phone issues just at 2 years or just over and now they will regret it at that point. Verizon works good for me. I've been with them for 20 years. It's just a personal thing for me, 3 years is a long time for a phone. I'm not saying it's bad, but something to think about.I'm gonna stick with Samsung from now on too. Just have to get through the 3 years. I got the S22U and it's a nice enough phone, but I'm back to using the fold 3.Saw Best Buy locations around here have the S22 Ultra in stock in-store now. I had the S22 Ultra in my cart and I applied the trade-in value of the Z Fold 3, but I couldn't pull the trigger. The S22U has better battery life, better cameras, and an integrated S Pen, but it can't fold.
