I have an app on my Electrify that I really like/need/want. I would like to put it on my brand new Nexus. Problem is, it's no longer available at Play or anywhere else I can find. Unfortunately, I don't have the apk for it. Is there anyway of transferring/installing it onto my Nexus? I suspect there isn't, that I do need the apk in order to "install" it, but... . What about backing it up somewhere but restoring it to a different device?
Thanks in advance.

Try a Google search for that .apk first. If unsuccessful AND you have root access to your Electrify, copy the apk from your system app files. Look around forums to find the proper file location, though.

Thanks guys. Truthfully, I didn't search specifically for the apk, so I'll do that first, but I strongly suspect it wont be there.
The app is called " Daily Reflections", it's an AA recovery app. Seems to have been removed off of Google Play et al, for reasons I don't know.

Thanks again

Is it this app?

Not many reviews...and those that are there seem to think the app doesn't work, so I'm not sure if that's the same one you're referring to...?

So, couldn't find the apk in the phone system files but did manage to use a backup copy of it (using Ti ), moving it over to the tablet, then running install. Worked ok. Some issues with font sizes but still, I've got it.

Thanks much for your aid guys
