tried to root, stuck at screen with red triangle, HELP ASAP!!

Im freaking out...but I believe its because I didnt flash a ROM:

Ok, so I ran the auto root, and Im stuck at a screen that I believe came up because I didnt flash a custom rom, it shows the red triangle and "!".....i pressed volume up and power to enter recovery, do i

1. reboot system now
2. apply sdcard: update.zip
3. wipe data/factory reset
4. wipe cache partition

please, help asap!

also, in yellow at the bottom it says:

E: cant open /cache/recovery/command

and, my command prompt says:

"the phone could not be found or was not ready. ADB and Fastboot report it as "daemon" instead of the expected 'recovery'. Make sure ADB debugging is turned on and the phone is in the correct mode."

That's the stock recovery screen, which root method did you use.

Also, power off your phone, turn it on by hold volume down and the power button until the screen powers up, tell me the hboot version and if it says s-on or s-off.

my hboot is 2.02 and it says s-on

Ok, your root process isn't complete. What method were you using?

Did you get any errors in the process?

That's a good root mehtod for your hboot of 2.02, You may want to RUU back to 3.30 software and run the process again from start to finish.

im going to RRU back for now. Do i just run that file and it will update my phone? anything to worry about during this process?

With the 3.30 RUU exe file you just have to run it and it will update your phone to factory.
