Tried to update new Cyanogenmod 11 - now stuck on Clockworkmod

Hey there everyone,
I was trying to update my galaxy nexus tp the new cyanogenmod 11.
I downloaded the zip file and stored it on my sd card, also I did Clear data partition as I've been told todo in the cyanognemod wiki.

The zip file didnt work and the new update wasnt installed. Anyhow, I found what was the reason and I now know what file I need to make it the upadate happen. but unfortunatly my smartphone is locked on clockworkmod since I cleared my data portion. And im unable to transfer the new zip file to my smartphone.

I downloaded the adb toolkit in order to create a usb connection between my pc and the clockworkmod. but it doesnt seem to work.the driver i install seems to recognize it as "full" and not as an android driver. I dont know what to do

Can you help me please?

If I were you I would try Wugfresh's Nexus Root Toolkit to bring the phone back to stock and then try again.
