Tries to root android 4g wifi tablet and now no network

Ive flashed every rom i could and havr done everything i could find but still wont get network access for 4g or wifi.....is there anyeay to format and start from how it was out of the box???????

Can u get to the homescreen? Go to settings, privacy, then hit factory data reset. Are you stuck loading, can you get into recovery?
