trying to connect to Wifi is causing a reboot loop

My priv stopped connecting to wifi. when i tried to manually connect, it loads a white page (no available networks) tries to do some stuff and then crashes into a reboot. Said reboot will either restart several times halfway through or will load up sluggishly for about 10-30 seconds before rebooting again (and the same loop starts). I just did a factory reset to no avail. and clearing the cache/manually rebooting has done anything either.

Can you reflash the ROM? (I haven't been familiar with BBs in about 14 years.) If you can, back up everything (because a ROM that you flash doesn't contain any of your stuff) and reflash the ROM. If that doesn't help, I'd guess at a bad wifi radio. (If it helps, just restore what you backed up.)
