Trying to find files for HTC One m8

Hello,

I've been searching everywhere for the correct file for my HTC One M8..
I seem to be stuck on Android System Recovery screen and need the correct zip file
The screen says KTU84L release-key

When i installed what i thought was the correct zip it said:
Package expects build finger of [and so on....]
Then..
This device has htc/htc_asia_wwe/htc_m8:4.4.3/KTU84L/365360.3:user/release-keys

I cannot find the correct zip that matches this anywhere. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
