Trying to save mobile data and get back to it easily w/o long password

There must be a better way to shut off the mobile data >>>> Seems to have no connection with WiFi off, I thought it would default to mobile data w/o it. But it doesn't. I did change a setting about only using mobile data when xxxx ....maybe that's why?

You are correct. changing the network PW would work too of course
