Tunein app drain on N8

Maybe it's just a bad app but can anyone give some tips to avoid this Tunein app drain on my note 8?

I like listening to it during the work day, with the rewind and pause radio options but it is killing my N8 battery like crazy. Screen shots below on the battery stats. If there are alternate radio apps that can pause and rewind you know about please pass them on!
