(tvalls kernel) UPDATED 6-6-2012

Re: (Tvalls New Kernel :) ) for the s

thats weird.. i was almost certain that the s had home then menu (the v has menu then home). i swapped those keys in the source.. should have worked.. does the ov one work right for you? if it does then i assume your rom has the keys swapped
thekraven CM7.2 linked in my sig. Your 0.2.1 from the OV thread is fine.

That's why his original for cm7 and it doesn't switch around but with his s one it switches around the buttons this will only work on stock based roms!!!!!

It will work on Froyo and CM7 Gingerbread ROMs. It will most definitely not work on ZVH/ZVJ-based Gingerbread ROMs (ROMs based on the stock Gingerbread software released by LG).

Ok thanks. I'm assuming it at least works with froyo as johnny stated it works on reborn Rom I believe.

Works SUPER well on CM7 (Kraven). Very good benchmarks, great battery life, esp. when on WIFI for Data. I used the original, NOT the mod for the S. Flashed first time perfect!

My kernels are built for iho (cm7) on the optimus v. I rebuilt one with the sprint key layout for you guys (but for some reason some of you need a kernel with the vm layout.. that's weird). I'm surprised it works well on froyo on the s. Please test and tell me what all it works on (I would assume it works with minimal to no issue on stock froyo or cm7 roms [zvd? radio] idk.. I don't own an optimus s)

Also, the title of the thread is bugging me.. my name here is tvall, not Tvall (yes, I'm ocd about it)

Since I'm not seeing any activity here, I'm just going to ask. Anyone want my latest kernel built with the sprint key layout?
