UK buyers of Nexus 7

has anyone heard anything from Google Play - I've contacted them several times and I've only got that they are shipping this week

Has anyone had their CC charged?
Has anyone received an email?
Has anyone got their N7?
Is anyone slightly annoyed?

If you want it as soon as cancel and try currys. They told me that their stock is in today and should be shipped within 2

Still no shipping/charge details, although I logged onto my Play account this afternoon to notice that 26 of the apps installed on my phone have had some activity yesterday. Checked my phone to notice that none of them haven't been upgraded, so can only (wishfully) presume it's something to do with linking of Google accounts when pre-ordering a Nexus 7.

Hi

Just been on the phone with Google play after an hour waiting in line.

The guy said UK Google play orders will start getting shipping emails in 1-2 days and will be delivered by Friday/Saturday which we know will probably end up being next Monday. Fedex is being used as the delivery company.

Orders are "being processed" so you are unable to cancel your order. You can refuse the parcel and Google will eventually refund the money.

On a better note those who have enough in their bank accounts to cover two nexus 7's can order from currys/pcworld as they seem to have some stock for delivery by Wednesday.
