Anyone using the samsung upgrade programme know when we can expect the packaging for returning our old phones?

I'm not 100% sure but I think it's around 1 week.

Edit, sorry I read it wrong, not sure when they send packaging or is it up to the courier?

Just found terms and conditions pdf, says must be returned within 7 days of receipt of new handset but not sure where the return packaging will come from

I have read on a few different forums that trade in phones can be sent using the supplied packaging but people are advised to bubble wrap and send recorded/insured up to £500.

Think installing official EE EVR firmware ( to enable VoLTE ) counts as modifying it?
Wonder if it needs returning to BTU before sending back?

I would, not worth the risk, phone will have to be reset anyway.

Go through link in confirmation email to my account and click on track order tab not the member sign in tab. Put in order number and email and that's where mine is showing.

Mine was like that until about 7 this morning, hope yours changes soon.

UK Mail worked ok for me. Fortunately my wife was in at the time.

Just ordered my upgrade from Note 8 to the Note 9 from Vodafone. Apparently delivery is the 24th August. I'm away from 24th for a long weekend so I'll probably miss the delivery and will spend the whole weekend pining!

I've had zero updates from O2 Business. Was told when I ordered them that it'd be delivered 24th August.

I'll probably have to just suck it and see and like others, wait impatiently haha

Another weird thing is that yours says Dual SIM, mine always said Hybrid Sim.
