Awesome. Did you buy direct? I'm asking as I bought through Carphone warehouse and apparently when I receive the phone I then need to go to the Samsung webpage and claim the buds and tracker. I was told they don't come with the phone.
When I received mine, here in the U.K, it had a clear, peel off screen protector with a tab and underneath it had the usual, fitted, clear plastic screen protector that I also use on my S20 Ultra.Yay! Got mine today, put a screen protector on and it doesn't work with the fingerprint sensor. I know there are other threads here but a lot of those suggested arent availale in UK. Can anyone suggest a glass one (if possible) that will work with FPS and available in uk?

I am using 2 SIM cards, EE and GiffGaff, in my S21 Ultra. Try turning off Wi-Fi > Remove SIM tray > Power completely off > Insert SIM tray with SIM's installed > Power device back on. You may have to wait a little while until your phone registers on the networks again and you may be surprised that in due course that you receive an update.Has anyone tried the dual sim with their S21 Ultra?
Mine didn’t work but suddenly worked after a reboot.
After about 30 mins it suddenly stopped working and hasn’t worked since.
I’m wondering if anyone else has issues?

Got mine the 28th I think it was, managed to get 10% off, and the tag and earbuds came with the phone, so far very happy with it, upgraded from the s10 plus.
I also had issues with IMEI1 on Friday but third attempt worked.Bit of a basic question but has anyone claimed the free gifts in the UK via the Web page? I did it on Friday but when it asked for IMEI number it would not accept IMEI1 number but accepted IMEI2 (eventually ‐ but was a bit flakey. It said at first it wasn't recognised but when I re entered it accepted and it definitely was correct when I first entered.) Hopefully I won't have issues. I'm quite looking forward to having the buds Pro. The tracker I'm not so fussed for!
