Boycott till they listen.

Not keep rewarding them.

If everybody keeps buying what we don't like.
What is gonna make them make changes.
Hit them in the pocket book.

Would you keep buying a car. When the mfg didn't fix what you seen as a problem.
Like the brakes
You don't have to keep buying if you're not happy.

Using a car analogy is one thing. Using a safety item like brakes isn''t a fair comparison.

And stop with the pre ordering. It's not kickstarter, why can't they just sell it when they make it, like pretty much every other consumer good. Participating reinforces this marketing practice, inflates prices, and acts as a disincentive to launch a fully vetted hardware AND software product. Fold anyone?

When your driving down the road, and your fps won't unlock your phone.
And you are fighting it.
What comparison would you stick that in.

I don't know where you are, but hands free use is the law most states. Why use crappy analogies and arguing about an opinion. They're like you know what, everybody has one.

So what do suggest we do other than complain?

Stop buying new phones every six to twelve months! Make the companies give the buyer more than two Android OS Updates, save for Pixels. These newer phones are so powerful, they can go more than two updates... or in the minds of phone jumpers, more than every six months!

That's not realistic....its a free market and if people want to buy a new phone it's their choice. It also stimulates the economy and allows people to buy at lower prices several months later in new or used market.

Again... You aren't talking to the average buyer. We represent less than 1 percent of customers, so your boycott wouldn't even be effective.

And that's assuming we all agree with your assessment, which we don't.
